Terms of Service
Last Updated: October 17, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Curb Daddy services and our website. Curb Daddy LLC ("Curb Daddy," "we," "our," or "us") provides these services. By purchasing, subscribing to, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Service
Curb Daddy provides residential trash-bin placement and return services. Depending on your service plan, we move eligible trash bins from the designated storage location at your property to the designated curbside collection location before scheduled waste collection and return the bins to the designated storage location after collection.
Curb Daddy is not a waste collection company and does not collect, transport, or dispose of household waste. Trash collection is performed by your local municipality, waste provider, or other third-party collection service.
2. Service Area and Eligibility
Service is available only at addresses accepted by Curb Daddy within our current service area. We may determine that a property, route, bin, storage location, curb location, or access condition is not suitable for service.
Service availability may change as routes and service areas are added, modified, or discontinued.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate property, contact, trash-collection, and access information. Customers must promptly notify Curb Daddy of changes that may affect service.
Trash bins must be reasonably safe and serviceable. This includes, as applicable, functioning wheels and handles, a reasonably closed lid, and a weight that allows the bin to be moved safely by one person under normal conditions.
The route between the designated storage location and curb location must be reasonably clear and accessible. Customers are responsible for conditions at the property that may interfere with service, including locked gates, blocked pathways, vehicles, construction, loose animals, excessive slopes, ice, snow, or other hazards.
4. Property Access and Gate Information
If access to a trash bin requires a gate code or other access instruction, the customer is responsible for providing accurate and current information.
Curb Daddy will use access information only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service. We may be unable to complete service if a property cannot be accessed safely or if the information provided is incorrect or incomplete.
5. Service Timing
Curb Daddy coordinates service around the trash-collection information available for the customer's property. Exact service times are not guaranteed.
Waste-provider schedules may change because of holidays, weather, operational delays, emergencies, or other circumstances outside Curb Daddy's control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide service based on the information available to us.
6. Unsafe, Damaged, Overweight, or Unsanitary Bins
Curb Daddy may decline or postpone service when a bin or surrounding area presents a safety, sanitation, or property-damage concern. Examples may include excessively heavy bins, broken wheels or handles, leaking or hazardous substances, severe contamination, aggressive animals, significant insect activity, or unsafe access conditions.
If practical, we may notify the customer when a condition prevents normal service.
7. Weather and Other Service Interruptions
Service may be delayed, modified, or suspended when weather or other conditions make moving trash bins unsafe or impractical. These conditions may include severe storms, flooding, ice, snow, extreme weather, road closures, emergencies, or interruptions to local waste collection.
The safety of our team and customers' property takes priority when determining whether service can be performed.
8. Subscription, Billing, and Payment
Prices and billing terms are presented during signup or otherwise communicated before purchase. By starting a paid subscription, you authorize the applicable recurring charges using the payment method provided at checkout until the subscription is canceled.
Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. Curb Daddy does not directly store complete payment-card information.
9. Cancellation and Changes to Service
Customers may request cancellation or changes to their service by contacting Curb Daddy. Cancellation stops future recurring service and charges after the cancellation becomes effective, subject to any charges already incurred or processed. Cancel Here
Curb Daddy may suspend or discontinue service for nonpayment, repeated access problems, unsafe conditions, misuse of the service, or other circumstances that prevent us from reasonably providing service.
10. Customer Property and Damage
Curb Daddy will use reasonable care when moving trash bins and providing service at a customer's property. Customers are responsible for identifying unusual property conditions or special instructions that may affect safe service.
Customers should promptly contact Curb Daddy if they believe our service caused damage to a trash bin or property so that the matter can be reviewed.
11. Third-Party Services
Our services may rely on third parties, including payment processors, mapping providers, local waste providers, internet services, and other technology or service providers. Curb Daddy does not control the operations or availability of independent third-party services.
12. Communications
By providing contact information, you agree that Curb Daddy may contact you regarding your account, service, property access, billing, scheduling, service interruptions, or other service-related matters.
Communications may include email, telephone calls, or text messages when appropriate and permitted by law.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Curb Daddy is not responsible for delays, missed municipal or waste-provider collections, schedule changes, weather events, inaccessible property, customer-provided information that is inaccurate or incomplete, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as our services, operations, or legal requirements change. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date on this page.
Continued use of Curb Daddy services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
